   This was such a great tie-in issue, it’s clever and witty while bringing in a one Black Lantern I never even imagined would show up.  I was giggling out loud at the first 4 pages and in several spots throughout.  There have been 10 issues and an Annual all with Starro at the center.  I never thought I would enjoy so much Starro the Conquerer, nor was I very familiar with Vril Dox but Tony Bedard has made this series very fun and consistantly good.  It’s moving ever closer to the top of my stack these days.  If you’re not buying this series, you’re missing a very funny, witty and and well-written book.  This is a good place to jump on, and a very good Blackest Night tie-in as well.
