  1. Wow, can’t believe the end of this arc is here!  I hope this title carries on for a while, although if I were a betting man I’d say it’ll last until the end of the next arc.  Still, this has been a great series and I can’t wait to see how this story ends!

  2. This has been fantastic. I also wonder about it’s longetivity….

  3. it could always be relaunched as LEGION!

  4. I assume Starro wins and all of our galaxy is enslaved. From here on every DC character will appear with a starfish slapped onto their face. All hail Starro.

I mean, what other result could there be?

  5. @JimBilly4 – They should totally do that to promote the book.  Next month every DC book is a Starro book or at the very least, Starro variant covers, that would have been awesome.

@skeets – I’m wondering if they’ll do this, because I think after this arc, Brainiac 2 is back in charge of Legion, so why not call it that now?  Maybe more people would pick it up if it had that name.

  6. Change the name all they want, just keep the creative team and story moving forward. Sadly cool books with low readership don’t drive variant covers. Iron Man movies and Deadpool do, apparently. Can you imagine if DC could manage to keep that sort of major thing a secret? Next month every book rolls in with Starro controling all aspects of life, or at least all the covers. That would be ultra-cool and a marketing disaster, I am sure.

  7. @JimBilly4 – Yeah, it’s sad Clarke left the art, but he’s on Batman & Robin now, so I’m sure a bigger paycheque was a big incentive.  However Cladue St. Aubin I have enjoyed as well, so yeah, hopefully that doesn’t change.  They are giving Tony Bedard Green Lantern Corps post-Blackest Night, so they must have some faith in what he’s doing.  Hopefully that means they’ll continue publishing Rebels for the foreseeable future or at the very least, give it a chance for another year or so to see if GLC reader dig what Bedard does on that and then check out Rebels.  Based on this website, it does seem that some readers came on-board after the BN tie-ins, so the quality is there, it’s just a matter of people giving it a chance.  Maybe people should skip one Deadpool book next month and pick up Rebels instead.

  8. Idk about you guys but I can not wait until the family renion arc. Brainiac 1,2 and 5 in the same room. battle of the egos

  9. I wasn’t a fan of the Adam Strange narration, as it seemed very out of place since it had never popped up in the series before, but overall a satisfying end.  I just hope they bring him back for revenge in a couple of years if the title is still around.  That could be a 20 issue epic!

  10. What a ride this has been
