  1. every so often i forget this comic even exists. it’s a  shame how long we have to wait on each issue but i’m in love with the story.

  2. YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

    I….Love….RASL….

  3. Just read the first trade. Fantastic! Might have to start picking this up.

  4. This book is intergalactic Chinatown. I changed the laws in Illinois so I can marry it.

  5. I read the first trade and, while I appreciate the artwork and the storytelling, I didn’t care much for the story.  I don’t think I’ll be sticking around for the rest of this

  6. I really like this.  I just wish we could get more of it.

  7. Wow, Ron made this his POTW. For some reason i thought he was switching to trade on this? It was a pretty great issue though.

  8. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

    I love this book. So so so so much.

  9. ehh….i just dont care. it seems like each issue goes like this:

    ::boom:: time travel

    sex

    whining

    sex

    ::boom:: time travel

    i just dont care anymore

  10. Love this book enough to wait for the trade, not issue worthy however, and I think it just reads better in trade form, I got an idea though let’s put out more issues so I can get my trade I miss Maya

  11. Along with Glamourpuss, this is one of the few independent book that actually does have consistent releases. Seriously, I kinda think the people bitching about the time it takes for an issue of RASL to come out must not read any independent books that don’t come out through Dark Horse or Image. I’ve been waiting for years for a new issue of Crickets, Optic Nerve, Eightball…etc… It’s the nature of independent books. The simple fact that Smith has gotten this many issues kinda proves that Smith isn’t sitting on his ass. Especially given that RASL clearly isn’t Smith’s main source of income either.

    Also, I’m not sure what makes a story trade worthy but not issue worthy. I get that there is a enjoyment factor from having a nice collection of it, but there’s really nothing stoping you from stockpiling issues and then reading ’em in a chunk. Plus, it does help support the book NOW as oppossed to later.
