PUNISHER IN BLOOD #5 (OF 5)

No more cat and mouse, no more games, no more Machiavellian manipulations, this is it, face to face, the unavoidable brutal showdown: The Punisher versus The Jigsaw Brothers! They’ve twisted the knife that The Hood left buried in Frank’s gut. They’ve dismantled his only friendship. They’ve killed innocent people in their pursuit of revenge. Now, they’re locked in a room with The Punisher, and they’re about to get everything they worked so hard for. Then some. This is it, the shocking conclusion to writer Rick Remender’s (Uncanny X-Force) Punisher saga, brutally illustrated by superstar Roland Boschi (Ghost Rider).

  1. I’ve been loving this series. Gonna be sad to see Remender go but he’s being followed by Rucka so…awesome.

  2. yeah i feel the same way, sad remender is over but i’ve never read a rucka book i didn’t like. same can be sad for rick though as well. its amazing how many awesome creators have worked on frank

  3. Yups, this has been real good, Rucka next really?  Will be looking forward to it.

  4. Remember Remender !

  5. Yeah I was just thinking that people always talk about how consistently good DD is, but for the past decade the Punisher has only been written by: Ennis, Fraction, Remender, and now Rucka. Sure there might have been 6-7 volumes but GAT DAMN!!!

  6. I found out this morning that my local comic shop still has issues 1-4 on the shelves as well as issue 5, so far I’ve loved everything else I’ve read that Remender has worked on, so I’m thinking about picking this up, would I be better off waiting for the tpb, or should I just shell out the $20 and buy all 5 individual issue now?

  7. This was fantastic. Seriously, this might be the new definitive 616 Punisher story. Maybe I’m an idiot, but I thought the ending was touching as well.
