  1. Aye, I wish the synopsis was a little less spoilery.

  2. I see your point, but I think we generally know what is going to happen since this story is from the past.

  3. I ‘ve been trying to avoid reading the solicts/synops for books I regularly get for that reason. Is it me, or does Image do that a lot? OK, not for Walking Dead (obviously), but I feel like the Invincible and Wolfman solicts are often spoil-y as well.

  4. Ha, that is kind of spoilery, but I don’t think it’ll affect the overall story.

I have to say, as much as I’ve been loving the JULIA arc, I’m excited for it to end so we can move onto (hopefully) more present-day stuff.

  5. I’m really anxious for the Julia arc to end–a little bit of old-timey Proof was fun, but I feel this has just dragged on.  Has it been six months since we’ve had a present-day Proof story?  Longer?

  6. Did anyone get this? My LCS guy told me this didn’t come out today. . .?

  7. It came out today in Florida.  Awesome book.  29 story pages, 27 of them are Proof.  The art is excellent.  Riley is getting better and better.

  8. Got it Today it is really good last few pages are awesome

  9. I really really loved this issue.  This is my POW.  There were quite a few "holy crap" pages for me that really cemented it.

  10. Aha! I knew it! My LCS forgot to order my copy and he’s trying to tell me it did not come out. LIES! Filthy lies! I guess I’ll have to wait another week for this.

  11. Man, Lent is a real bastard. I hope he gets his just desserts next issue.

  12. Holy poop. I think this is the best issue of PROOF I’ve ever read. Well done by all. Strong contender for POW. Loved the Savage Dragons back up as well. 5/5.

  13. Looking forward to seeing what Rossmo does with that Ninja/Viking book Image has coming out in October. Sure hope it doesn’t impact the PROOF schedule!
