Witness the birth of the most important super hero team ever in a universe-spanning event that will rock the month of March! Wade Wilson has been tapped to save the Universe, and to do that he’s going to need help. Enter: The sexy-but-insecure Lady Deadpool! The devious-but-lovable Headpool (a.k.a. the Zombie Deadpool Head)! The bratty-but-brilliant Kidpool! And the irascible mutt known as Dogpool! 1. Good stuff.  Pretty kickin’ even for just a "prelude."  I’d laugh my ass off if they other 4 DP’s died in the first issue of DPC and then DP has to go get another bunch of DPs to help out.  That would kill.

  2. This has surprisingly been very enjoyable. I think my favorite was Kidpool, but they were all pretty fun.

  3. Oh man the "art" in this was really bad.  It wasn’t just the way it was done, but also the composition of the panels and the what was up with all that lens flaring – you couldn’t see what was going on in the panels.  Really bad.

  4. The "art" in this was the best shit I saw this week.

  5. Took a peek at this book – artwork is terrible.
3-D computer generated: no sense of depth, composition, lighting or color.

  6. I, too, really hated the art in this one.

  7. y’all can eat peter as far as I’m concerned.

  8. Could not even see what was going on the art was terrible, I think the issue was pretty good but art just ruined it.

  9. I only had 3 books this week, but this was my pick of the week. It beat out RASL and Unknown Soldier, so it wasn’t like it won by default really. I’m amazed that so many people are turned off by the art, I thought it was the comics strongest selling point. Kyle Baker Rules!! Apparently not for everybody though.

  10. I’m all for weird, avant garde art, but this was just…

  11. I liked 1 thru 4. Did not like 5 because of the art.
