  1. Only about 5 months late, not bad for a Powers comic…

  2. This book used to be one of my absolute faves back in the Image days but at this point I just cannot trust Bendis with steadily producing any non-Marvel work anymore. I can abide being a couple months late but its almost laughable how long it takes for Bendis’ creator-owned stuff to come out. Maybe ill check it out when it gets to trade but at this point Bendis needs to prove to me he can maintain a regular schedule again before ill ever check out his creator owned stuff now.

    • Yeah this used to be my favorite comic of them all. I loved it so much. It was so damn good. But the crazy delays were just too much, and I’m so tired of Bendis.

This was so much better when it was at Image.

  3. Personally I’m in for the long haul, especially with creator owned stuff I don’t mind waiting for quality

    • This is still my favorite title, but I no longer trust it to come out with any kind of regularity, so I just save em up and read them many months/years later. I noticed that though solicitations for the first three issues have come and gone, there was nothing in the current previews. Hope that’s not the beginning of an even longer gap, and thus a return to the norm so soon after the boot.
I can live with quarterly or bi-annually.

    • I can wait for Creator Owned books as well. But I am sick of all the new starts, and it just isn’t that good anymore.

    • Considering I saw a lot of the pages shown in this issue on Oeming’s blog from April and September of last year, I am thinking they were just holding off on putting the book out, probably waiting for the show to air. I hope they start putting out the comic as they have them done instead of having them done and not putting them out.
