NO PLACE LIKE HOME #1
“HOME AGAIN”
Dee’s life is in turmoil when her parents are killed in a freak tornado. Returning to Kansas for the funeral after five years in LA, Dee discovers Emeraldsville is the same unexciting place it was when she left – until the bizarre unexplained murders begin.
With an unknown killer closing in, the events of one night in 1959 begin to unravel as a portal to a world of horror opens, a portal paved with yellow bricks…

This looks like a really cool concept, actually really looking forward too this.
@TheGoddamDeadpool I go to the other one… But I shall definitely try this out.
An Image #1. I’m in as always.
Sounds interesting, and like Graves said, an image #1? I’m in!
Woo! Been waiting for Angelo’s book for a while now! Check it out everybody.
Already pre-ordered on my mail order pull list. But this may be one of the comics that I have to get on release week….
Maybe my LCS will have the alternate cover….
Sounds interesting. The preview on CBR looked cool, too. I’ll give it a shot.
There is no harm in trying something new, so I’ll pull this!
Looks and sounds interesting, covers definitely appealing w surrender tattoo above cleavage, and like said an Image #1, worth a shot.
I love when I hear about a comic that is outside the box of what I normally read but it intrigues me enough that I want too check it out even tho I have very little faith in it. No Place Like Home is 5/5 potw thank you brain for be open minded….really great
Image #1s are usual picks, but one written by the owner of one of my locals was a no-brainer.
Well done, Angelo–it’s a terrific book, a solid entry issue with a bunch of characters I can’t wait to see more from. Then again, I’m a sucker for kick-ass women in comics.
Equal props for the art. For an unknown quantity, it’s genuinely terrific quality, and way better than I was hoping for. Yanick Paquette, look out.
This comic was great. The art was marvelous. Bravo!
Love the story – loved the art! I’m in for a sub. Pick of the week for me.
