This series has become one of the books I look forward to. I don’t even like the New Mutants.
Loved the last issue. Lafuente’s art is pretty amazing, but I have only one tiny little complaint. Why does he draw Roberto like he’s a giant body builder? It just doesn’t look right. Every thing else is perfect though!
It feels like DnA are still trying to pull this one together. Each issue gets a bit more cohesive, the characters work a little better. Still not there yet in my opinion. Hope the Fear Itself tie-in doesn’t derail that momentum.
I’ve never bought a New Mutants book in my life, but I am on board with anything David is rocking out!

Mephisto was brilliant in this book. Makes me want a DNA Mephisto book.
