  1. Mudman!

  2. My store only got one copy of the first issue and sold it – so I pulled it and re-ordered but never got it. I want my Mud!

  3. Fuck. Yes.

  4. Was thinking of picking this and issue 1 up via comixoligy. Is it really that good? Should I just wait for a trade vollume?

    • I’d say try the first issue. In fact, there is a essay in the beginning of the issue where Grist states his love for monthly books and that even though there will be trades, his focus is to make as great a monthly book as he can. He’ll even have small extras in the each issue that will only be for the monthly readers. So give it a shot, it’s a lot of fun!

    • Give it a shot. It’s just pure, comic book fun. That probably makes it sound lame, but it’s pretty awesome.

  5. Well I enjoyed it but not sure if there is room on the pull list for this ongoing. I will say some of the art panels were really cool, especially the falling down the stairs ones. 4/5 May return for the trades

A must read if you’re English. It’s refreshing to read a book that is crammed full of British observations, dialects and other quirks.
