  1. It’s been a while since last issue, so I think tonight I will re-read the previous four issues. I happy to do it because this has been a wonderful mystery so far, and I can look for more clues. I have no idea who hoodie is going to be, and I can’t wait to find out!

  2. After nine issues, I had to drop this book. It’s not a good month to month read. Very hard to follow monthly.

    • same reason i did too, unfortunately…bet it reads great in trade

    • Wait, did you just drop the book before the last issue of an arc? That’s….rather silly, especially when this issue is the culmination of the past 9 issues. SMH

That said, for those who trade wait- Vol 2 is out in 3 weeks.

    • You really should read issue #10. It reveals a lot more than just who hoodie is and ties a lot of things together.

  3. How are more people not reading this? Yes it is sophisticated and very light on action and sometimes heavy exposition. I let a friend borrow this series his quote ” I am too dumb to read it.” His wife on the other hand loved it. I get it’s a mystery but it is a great one.

  4. Another wonderful issue, there were quite a few reveals, and the mystery keeps growing. To me this reads like a TV show, with each issue functioning like an episode, so I’ve actually really enjoyed reading it month to month. I feel like I get more for my money when a series lends itself to re-reads, and I think I figure out a little bit more when I go back over it (At least I hone my theories).

I can see why some would rather wait for trades, but I want to help ensure that the series continues, and the best way to do that is to support it monthly. My advice for anyone on the fence is to buy it monthly, but read it in arcs, there’s no rule against that right? Plus you support cool creators like Jim who come on iFanboy and interact w/us.

    • I agree with TurdSandwich, we need to support this monthly so that it continues. I understand buying this in trade if it saves you money, but I actually buy alot of monthly titles and read them in arcs. I trade wait some titles that I know have high sales and wont be cancelled. But Jim McCann does interact on iFanboy, so I decided to buy this monthly instead of trade wait…

  5. I think this might be my favorite issue so far of the series.
