   Still haven’t got around to reading the first 4 issues of this but I will still be picking this one up anyways. I have started and stopped reading the first issue so many times that I have lost track and it keeps ending up at the bottom of one of my many stacks. Is this a sign? I really want to like this series cuz I find the art beautiful and I am somewhat drawn to anthropomorphic mice for some reason (i.e. Redwall books by Brian Jacques and Mouse Guard of course). Dig this cover.

   You described my experiece with #1 perfectly.  I bought #5 today even though I have not gotten through the first 4.  I think there is something here but time will tell.

   I tried – I tried.  Since I bought #5 this past week I decided to sit down this weekend and read issues 1 through 4 and couldn’t even make it all of the way through 4.  The art is beautiful and the story is good but it just doesn’t capture my interest.  If you are a fan of fantasy then this book might be for you.  Picture Lord of the Rings meets Star Wars (Luke/Obi Won) and the journey to redemption.

   I, for one, love this comic. I love fantasy a lot and I love that is a break away from traditional fantasy.
