LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #3

The strongest man in the universe is rampaging on the surface of Panoptes, and the Dominators are massing in the skies above – and naturally, The Legion is stuck between the two! They don’t have the raw power to stare down either threat – but what they do have is a plan…one that puts some of their own in even greater danger behind enemy lines!

  1. Paul, this book isn’t working — and pushing the Academy into the foreground isn’t helping matters.

  2. This book is kicking ass and taking names. If you’re clueless about what a Legion is go read Secret Origins. Its there for a reason.

    • The reason for the New 52 is its supposed to be accessible to new readers man… That’s why I dropped this book and Legion Lost after one issue, I wanted so bad to jump aboard and love those SF titles but it was so hermetical I couldn’t get in and appreciate it.

I think DC misfired with this, because it had great promise and potential to hook new fans, but it decided to please the old fans instead of charming new ones…

    • Do you read Batman or Green Lantern?

  3. I was pretty jazzed by the first two issues of LoSH, but this one just left me at ‘meh’. Not terrible mind you but very ordinary.

  4. Got pulled by accident and I figured if I can give Blue Beetle an extra issue why not The Legion? Gave it a 2 only because; the whole Legion thing just does not do anything for me. I read the book and the artwork was good the stories just seem really boring to me. I even think I like a few of the characters just not enough to sit through the other 10 or 15 coming and going.

    Good by Legion, CANCELLED!

  5. I think this will be my drop for the week. Too much jumping around for me, hard to keep straight with al the other books im reading.

  6. Dropped. May pick up the Secret Origin title instead.
