This story arc, the colorful covers and the cool Eclipso action brought me back to JLA! Only to have the rug torn out from under me in a few months with the DCnU… Boo….
Oh holy crap, I was RIGHT!
This was so bad I had to write a review. Spoilers abound in it, be warned.
Thank God this title is getting rebooted!!
This arc started off pretty good but is quickly going nowhere.
You have a giant golden gorilla with a massive blue construct rifle, he fires a bullet containing two other heroes into a villain’s brain. And all this is taking place on the moon…which has been cut in half!!! The kind of absurd, over the top story that only this medium can deliver and there are people out there slating it? This is why I love comic books.
@TheFlashr My sentiments exactly. This issue had all the fun (and flaws) of a summer movie only bigger.
Thanks to iFanboy for highlighting my review.
