    Wow…this was EXACTLY what I expected.  A dollar well spent.  Someday I will buy a paperback Jonah Hex omnibus, but I don’t mind waiting.

    Wow, 61 pulls on a 2nd printing of a 5-year old book. That’s cool.  It means a lot of people are giving this book a try. (including me!)
