My fav title. I am really going to miss Mr Pak.
Been itching to get back into a Hulk book but I’ve gotten behind. Should I grab this one or would I be completely lost?
@keith7198
Er…not sure if that worked or not. Anyway, feel free to jump in on this title. There’s always a first page “story up to now” segment, and it’s a Hulk title…you know there’s basically going to be a lot of smashing!
Oh yeah keith, this is the title that got me back into comics when it had been years since I had picked one up. A friend let me borrow a copy of ‘Planet Hulk’ TPB and I started buying this one. It has gotten better and better. Pick it up NOW!! 🙂
Thanks for the info. I’ll pull this one today. I read Planet Hulk but haven’t read him since. To show you how “Hulk ignorant” I am, I’m not completely clear on the whole Red Hulk and Red Betty thing. But if you guys like it, I’ll give it a whirl.
Surprisingly, my local library has A LOT of graphic novels, including recent releases…makes it a great and inexpensive way to catch up on some titles you want to add…
I has hoping Betty would be gone for a while after the ending. My hopes were quickly dashed by the next month preview.
Sorry, can’t help you Keith7198 I just jumped on board myself recently. While I do enjoy the story is anyone else really as turned off by the art as I am?
Turned off? Not at all. While not my favorite style, I have to admit Betty has never looked hotter!
The art was boring on a blah sandwich. Oh, yes, two issues a month doesn’t effect the quality of the comic at all.
