  1. I’m loving Sixth Gun and hadn’t seen this. Is this a swords and sorcery type deal? How’s everyone liking it?

    • The first and third issues were really good, the art is the stand out for me but the story is building up nicely. I haven’t started sixth gun so can’t compare the two but this is a mix of alot of axes and swords and undead with a few witches in the mix. Its a mix of Northlanders and Skyrim if you like that sort of thing.

    • @Spoons – it’s very different than Six Guns (the pacing is a tad slower), but still a well done story so far. Like @DaCosta21, the art by Jones is my favorite part (not to diminish everyone else’s contributions – this is a quality book).

The use of the supernatural is the common bond between Six Guns & Helheim. If you like the supernatural and vikings stories told by top talents in the field, Helheim will make a fine addition to your reading list!

  2. If anyone had any pacing problems with this book, you can consider them shattered as of this issue. Gorgeous artwork, consistently badass storytelling and just enough humanity (thanks to the father-son dynamic); I am officially along for the ride on this one.
