I happen to like this series. and I am liking the 1.99 a lot more.
how is capullo’s art looking on this series so far? My favorite work from him was on The Creech mini-series (anyone read that? It was years ago.)…The first arc of Haunt didn’t really get me hooked, but now I’m at a point where I kind of wonder what I’ve been missing.
@jwaesch, arts been pretty good and the story as well, nothing spectacular or anything but it hasn’t really turned into what I thought it would. For 2 bucks I say pick it up pretty sure you won’t hate it.
@jwaesch Capullo’s art is dependent on the inker. I think that Glapion’s inks look better than McFarlane. I’m going to try and seek out the Erik Larsen variant cover.
I love this series and really like the fact that they’re actually trying to get it out somewhere resembling on time now. I hope that “retro” 1.99 cover price makes people take a look at this underappreciated book.
Really enjoy this book … but hmm … Kurt disappears and Daniel doesn’t say anything and goes on a mission anyway? HMM …
the only reason i was collecting this series was because of capullo, now its pretty lame that the artist have changed. but im very glad he moved to DC for batman. doing great so far!
