   I love the way this comic begins with a kind of prelude to the two page spread of the spartans landing on the planet’s surface. It’s very dramatic. I’m starting to notice the excelent lines in Feliz Ruiz’s drawing. His style is really interesting. This issue’s story is executed very well. I like the jumps from the Spartans on the surface to Keyes in space. There’s more going on than just Master Chief blasting through some Covenant. Everything in the story leads to what the Covenant are after which creates a momentum that builds to a resolution. Stuff like that keeps you in anticipation of what will come on each following page. Well done, Brian Reed!
