Does anyone think this cover looks familiar?
Peter Tomasi is my second least favorite writer at DC behind Eric Wallace. His stuff is just a chore to read for me, which is not what I want from my comics.
@BCDX97 Wow, I find him to be pretty consistently great on GL titles. This was a good one-shot – gimme a Guy Gardner story any time.
I love this cover art, this should have been the variant cover. Tomasi has been alright, right? I liked some of the GL Corps stuff from awhile back. Again a forced story. Mostlikely this is happening because of the re-launch. BUt I agree with BCDX97, it feels like a chore to read. I assume it is because Tomasi might want to be writing something else.
Excellent issue. Really surprised me.
This was fun they introdued us to some new GL’s for a panel or so and then they were monster food!! I like the big guy that made it out with Guy. He seems like a bad ass a reminder of Kilowog with more hair.
