As long as the Baroness wasn’t Duke’s lover before becoming a "bad guy", then I’m fine with the backstory.
I flipped through this in the store and it was absolutely beautiful. I always forget that Templesmith can do stuff other than monsters.
Too bad I don’t buy books for the art…
I know a lot of people like Mr. Templesmith’s art (and they have every right to), but I did not enjoy the artwork in this issue. It was an absolute mess. Everything felt washed out and sloppy.
The story wasn’t much better. I’m disappointed.
I agree. I did not like the art. That art style does not fit the GI Joe stories.
I thought it was okay. The artwork didn’t ruin it, as I was afraid it would.
