I think it’s borderline terrible how unexcited I am about this when I’m loving Origins & Cobra. I like this book, but I would love for it to kick it up to the level of those books.
@noto, I’m in complete agreement. Those two other books are kicking ass right now and this ones been pretty mediocre. not giving up on it just yet, but this issue may decide its fate with me.
I’m still not sure if I like this one or Origins better. Cobra is the top Joe book for sure, but I’m not sure how the other two round out. Both are enjoyable, but hard to really pick one. If this issue has more Destro, then it gets a bump.
Shop didn’t have this. At this point I don’t know if it is IDW that sucks or if it is my shop.
Man I read this story in one issue of the Hamma marvel run. Get it over with already.
This book is still missing something. Overall I enjoyed this issue, but I think they chose the wrong story to open the series with. And I was more than a little peeved that Duke took out this annoying ass bug, that has plagued them for several issues, within the first few pages. Still, its a fun book and I’m enjoying it. If this arc ends strongly then I’ll stay with it

I’m in agreement with the rest of you. This is a far, far cry from the other two titles. This one reads like a property book.
I WAS subscribed to this. All my posts this week seem to be riddled with angst, but I am done wasting not only my time reading a mediocre book but my money on them as well. I didn’t pick this up, sorry Chuck Dixon; I’m one of your loyal followers but this sucks.
I like this more than Origins, but Cobra is definitely the best.
