  1. Finally!

  2. Why can’t all comics be this book?

  3. Fury Max is my first exposure to Ennis and Parlov. A definite ‘top 3’ in my pull list each month (…when it comes out)!

  4. It’s been too long! But always worth the wait. Up there with Prophet as one of the best comics this year…

    • You nailed it with the comparison to Prophet as an unsung book. It’s strange that with Garth Ennis’ name on this that this isn’t more popular. The same thing with The Shadow over at Dynamite.

    • You’d think the same with Palmiotti & Gray’s Creator-Owned Heroes given the dedicated fanbase ASW has. Comic fans just don’t make sense sometimes…

I wasn’t too impressed by The Shadow though. Had to drop it last issue, maybe it’s just me but I feel Ennis is pouring most of his talent into Fury MAX at the moment.

  5. This issue was insane in the membrane. I was simultaneously enthralled and disgusted by one panel in particular. What a great story. I’m not sure Fury has ever been written so complex.

And I can’t remember the last time I had the same pick of the weel as Josh Flanagan.

  6. honestly, I’m a little afraid to open this book whenever I get it.. I have all these fun comics to read and then there’s this one without the pretty pictures or happy endings. I love it though. I can’t believe there are people who will pay $3.99 for for certain comics and leave this one on the shelf.
