  1. This has two more issues (#’s 5 and 6) to wow me. It’s just not doing it. Too bad. Love the characters, but this ain’t worth it. Bummer.

  2. I have the absolute opposite reaction/situation. I don’t know shit about the characters til this series and I love this book. It is dense and almost a bit convulutated or maybe it is just rich in story . . . 4/5 and my pick of the week.

  3. I guess I’m the voice in the middle.   I find this series to be really uneven.   It alternates between being about a 2-star book and a 4-star book.  I wish I could gush about this series, but it just doesn’t measure up to what the two miniseries were.

  4. I love these characters, and I love this arc.  I just caught up on issues 4 and 5 and I’m totally intrigued by what’s been happening in Enclave A and for how long.  There’s a whole bunch of supervillains who are new to me, there was a great joke in issue 4, and while this issue reminded me a lot of the trash compactor scene from Star Wars, it was just as fun.  I’m very much looking forward to this cadre of villains to fill out the Freedom Fighter’s rogues gallery.
