  1. Did people like this? I’m a Criminal fan, so I’m hoping this gives me more of the same.

  2. It’s okay. It seems to me Criminal fans would prefer he work on Criminal (as is when he does Incognito). I found it a little hard to follow month to month, so here’s hoping it reads better collected, which is ironic since Brubaker is so anti “waiting for the trade”. Maybe with him making the switch to more creator-owned comics we’ll get more Criminal, but with a different artist since Sean Phillips is busy with this? Michael Lark perhaps? I would totally dig Criminal coming out on a regular basis with a couple of rotating artists with similar styles, particularly if it was Phillips and Lark.

  3. I’ve really liked this series. The central idea of a living embodiment of the “Femme Fatale” is such a good one, & I find the noir/horror mix beautifully realized.
