  1. This is a great take on the noir/horror genre type book! No bullshit. These two fuckers (Brubaker & Phillips) are insane. I love the story with its little nods to Lovecraft. In the last issue the main character is walking through a forest and comes across two “priests” escorting this giant fish/slug thing and it just makes you ask, “WTF is going on?” But in a good way that keeps you interested in the story. These stand alone issues don’t miss a beat and definitely NOT filler.

  2. Uh! How good is that cover!

  3. A Fatale western? Count me in! Seriously this was a great story. I especially loved how her relationship with the Indian ended up. Throw in a hint of Lovecraft and this was just off the chain!

  4. This book is Brilliant!

  5. Very good issue, one of the very best of the series so far.
