DV8 GODS AND MONSTERS #8 (OF 8)

The critically acclaimed limited series comes to an end. 1. If this issue concludes half as well as these issues have gone, it is going to be an amazing trade.

  2. best thing wildstorm has put out in… well, a long time

  3. @PozrDu and @jtrem – I concur. I haven’t ever read a DV8 book, EVER! I have loved every issue of this series. A great way for WildStorm farewell these characters (unlike Wildcats and Authority).

  4. Pick of the week.

  5. What was the point of that? How did that trial in anyway help Earth? How is putting them through hell and causing one of their own to die supposed to get their support? What the hell was that Jackson guy talking about? Does this somehow tie into some Stormwatch continuity I have no idea about? And if so why wasn’t that clear up front so I didn’t waste eight months on a comic with no end. Boo and hiss. This terrible lack of an ending and erasing of all stakes built up in the previous 7 issues does not give me a lot of hope for the upcoming end of DMZ. If not for the great art this would get one star.

  6. Disappointed.
