    I thought the first issue was really great.  Nice set-up/murder mystery plot, fantastic art, little extras thrown in at the end by the author.  Really just the way a good creator-owned single issue should be.  Stoked on this second issue.

    Yea, I hope El Torres keeps up this style of series. That is a horror book, that’s invested in a specific culture, the last one being the Japan set Suicide Forest.

    Yeah, it’s great. I haven’t read the new issue of Drums yet, but I thought it was definitely stronger overall (first issue v first issue), and the art was better too. The art was very Ben Templesmith (albeit with backgrounds!), if you like that.
