The last couple of issues hit the mark. Looking forward to this.
I’ve really enjoyed this series, but this issue was a drag. Major story points were rushed – Colleen and Cable are teaming up with Bob and Deadpool, suddenly, and Colleen conveniently forgives Bob? – and felt contrived, especially the big reveal about Blind Al. I don’t know that this happened, but it felt the title was canceled midway through this second arc, which was originally meant to be twelve issues, and now Lapham is just pushing everything towards the climax. If this was only planned as a six issue arc, then maybe the pacing could’ve been rethought. In any case, high hopes for next month’s big finale.
