@AquaPimp82 – Before you get too comfy in your onesies and nod off, was the problem of this run Deadman or the length? or both?
I like Deadman as a character. I enjoyed the hell out of his arc in Brightest Day. I read the first issue of DCUP and just found it drab. That’s what I like about this book. Being able to drop in and out with no problem.
First issue wasn’t the greatest; we stuck with it and I think it’s turned into a fun story since then.

This has been a great ride. I didn’t read any of Brightest Day, so this is a great intro to Deadman. The art has been pretty amazing as well.
Mark my words. This title will be the sleeper hit of the New 52.

Done with all of the Deadman stuff for awhile and I mean that with respect since he is one of my favorite characters however; he is being over used now! This story in this book is just dragging on and on and on!

Could have used more panels this month…
Read it, thought it intellectual however; just really boring now! No action, really just a lot of reading and thinking. At this point there really was no need for an artist.

Well; it continues. I cannot have a say so every comment I have made since the original has been deleted. I did not say anything foul or nasty, I just had rebutled on what Blargo said after he insulted me. As we can see my first comment was about the book itself that I read from back to front. Blargo’s was all insults directed to me and that was not removed by admin for violation of service! I would hope that his comments would have gotten banned?! No there still here and mine have been deleted much like this one will be as well. So this is the last rebutle I will write and just live with it. There is no need for this kind of treatment even in fun. I hope that IFanBoy would be a little more understanding however; I guess this is like the NFL usually the second player gets the slap and not the instigater. @Blargo-You obviously misunderstood my context which was that there was so much dialog and really no action going on at so there really was no need for an a artist. However; the dialog was intellectual it still seemed very boring. I forgive your rude comment and I will take the higher ground from now on.

Well I thought the series was looking up after last issue, but this one didn’t do a lot for me. I probably should have read it while I was less tired though. Too much mystery to sift through right before bed.
I’m sure I’ll read through the five issue run after next issue comes out and it’ll probably make more sense at that point.
