@Slockhart: Comic Shop News described this as what if Marvel’s Watcher didn’t just watch but got involved throughout time by erasing horrible days/events in history. This issue has a special price of 99 cents but the following issues will be regular priced (2.99 or 3.99, not sure which). Although this looks to be 5 issues each one can be read on its own as a one-shot and has a different creative team. Even though, there is an overarching story throughout all the issues.
