just reading for the tie-in, how’s this series been since the renaming?
@birdseys I’ve really liked it. Daken is insidious and sociopathic. I love it. A lot of people complain about him being too linear and lacking personality, but I disagree. Figured I’d give you both sides.
I was loved this book for the first few issues but it’s been downhill from there. That coupled the fact that it’s a Siege tie in, dropped.
First arc was surprisingly good, with Daken manipulating everyone and generally being a smug SOB. Second arc was not good at all, based largely around four nobody villains accompanied by some brown, dull art. Then a one shot that left me cold. Now Siege. So I went from highly skeptical, to liking Daken, to being bored by Daken, to being highly skeptical of Daken again.
The art and the coloring are horrible in this issue. Horrible.

I’m interested to see how this, and the whole Siege event, progresses after seeing the ending of this issue.
I highly doubt that he’s dead. But it would be pretty fucking sweet if he was.
@vadamowens, I agree to both things said, we all know there is no way they’d kill him off this early into Siege.
Sentry will probably save him
