My Comic Book Store (Cambridge, Ontario’s Retro Rocket) got this last week. Its a good book. Costa is doing a good job. It’s slow burn for sure but I think it is exactly what I want from GI Joe.
Yeah, I know some places did get this last week, not mine. My store didn’t even get RAH 170 (picked it up at Barnes & Noble – they have been upping their comic selection lately).
The IDW Joe books seem to be all messed up in their shipping. I thought GI Joe came out first (due out I dunno), then Snake Eyes (due next week) and then Cobra. All messed up.
But I loved issue 4 (even though when I first saw it I thought the art was horrible) and am looking forward to this.
Got it last week as well – my only complaint is the back-to-back issues between 4 and 5 being so quick, but I love what Major Blood has going on right now, my only question… where is Destro
ya the shipping is out of whack. I like the series, I like that they have three books running. I wish the Hearts and Minds issues would come into play. Those character sketches were great. Spirit, and Firefly especially.
