  1. I liked the whole Dollhouse thing. Hope to see more creepy cool like that!

  2. If this is the true origin what was the 0 issue? a lie. Two origins in 2 months seems a bit much. This was one of my favorite books but after last months horrible zero issue I’m ready to drop it. I’m going to get this and the tie-ins and hopefully it’ll be back on track to its former awesomeness otherwise bye-bye.

  3. It could be the true origin of the name “Selina Kyle”. In issue 0 we found out that it wasn’t her real name. She’s Russian and has a brother. Anyhow, solicits tend to suck a lot.

  4. I am going to give this a shot, I loved the Winnick run, but issue #0 wasn’t good, so I’ll give Nocenti another shot… but I might drop this soon.

  5. Dropping this after Death of the family. No confidence in Nocenti at all. Never seen such a clueless writer in my life.

  6. Got the new Catwoman 2 issue 1–just didn’t work for me, but with Death in the Family and a new writer, I decided to give this series another try.
Really enjoyed the writing and art. Loved Catwoman’s inner dialogue. Looking forward to future issues.

  7. 0 for 2 Nocenti. What a shame.

  8. My first since #1. Worked fine for me. Liked Selinas inner monologue. The fact that the Joker could be anywhere helped greatly. Just the thought of him makes this issue tense. Love that/

  9. Yeah, I had to drop this even before the zero issue. After seeing her Green Arrow stuff I knew she would only screw Catwoman totally. I love the character, but would rather wait for another writer and artist then to support a crap book.

  10. I thought this was a very good story. It really shouldn’t be called a Death in the Family tie in though. And for sure not have a special cover. Joker was hardly even in it.
