Yea it’s new. It was announced like back in July. Waid is one of the quintessential Cap writers so this should be good.
dont know anything about cap so this is my first try, guess its fitting cause its basically an origin story(porbably to preceed the movie)

Agh! Sooo tempted to get this… I love Waid, but I don’t wanna pick up ANOTHER mini… well, maybe it’ll be a surprise gem, like Patriot.
Nice art, well written first half, but the second half coupled with the SHOCKING TWIST on the last page have confirmed that I’m not getting any more of this.
