  1. I love that cover. I’ve just jumped onto Captain America so I can’t jump off even if I don’t have the money. I’ve got to finish at least one arc.

  2. BRING BACK FRANK D’ARMATA!!!

  3. Good issue, although the art has been somewhat inconsistent on this arc so far. Much better than the Luke Ross stuff from before, but I’d like to see this book get the consistent art team that it has needed since Epting left.

  4. I just read the last hardcover: Two Americas or whatever it was called.

I loved it. It helps that most people were shitting on the arc and my expectations were low.

There was a clunky line of dialogue here and there, but I loved the storyline.

  5. My first Cap comics were bought when he first donned the Nomad costume. I haven’t enjoyed Cap that much till Brubaker took over. This arc has been awesome. The "Trial" promises to be as well. Good time to be a fan.

  6. Great issue.  Zemo has of course figured out the most sensible way to destroy Buckycap.  Nice.

  7. the plot stays on course and can only get better.  Butch Guice is still kicking ass.  nothing outstanding like some of the pages of the first issue of the arc, but still solid.

backup is still interesting, or at least more than it was in the beginning.  art wasn’t bad either.

  8. This was a great issue for Cap but the backup story was week to me.

  9. Weak. Spellcheck.

  10. I ignore the inconsequential Nomad back-up crap-up, but the main story has been back to Brubaker’s good stuff, back on track!

  11. Oh my God what happened to the art? It was awful in this. And the constantly changing colorists didn’t help either. There were panels in this that were ‘Larry Stroman’ bad and just plain ugly. Usually Guice is a solid artist but this was just awful. I loved the story but the art was actually soo bad that I couldn’t give it five stars.
