  1. I thought the first issue was really cool and I’m definitely checking out this one, too.  Intense covers!

  2. I wasn’t blown away by the first issue, didn’t get along with the art or story, but it is a quiet week…

  3. I liked the first issue a lot, but it had some problems. I get that this book is meant to be a jam session and I really like the work from each of the artists, but the constantly shifting visual style created by all these artists didn’t quite work for me from a storytelling standpoint. That said, I enjoyed the hell out of it and I’ll be back for a second helping.

  4. Didn’t really get the first issue either, but these are some sweet ass covers

  5. I bet Jesse James is enjoying this cover.  The only jarring juxtoposition of art style in the first issue was from Kalvachev to next artist.  From that point on the rest of the art, as far as I could tell, could have all been from the same artist.  I didn’t really notice the switch after the first one.   I thought the story was great and straight forward.  What wasn’t there to get?  What were these “problems?”

  6. This seems like a very Elmore Leonard-ish story, with many quirky crime related elements that are initially unconnected but intertwine at some time. Looking forward to see where this goes.

  7. I thought the first issue was fine. Yes the art jumped here and there, but I thought it all made since with the story. What I really liked from the first issue were the characters, and I hope this issue uses them to tell a compelling story.
