  1. This book is working suprisingly well.

  2. Good stuff. This issue was fun.

  3. This is actually getting better.

  4. I forgot to look for this – I wanted to check out the Brotherhood of Evil. Were they cool? Plasmus, Warp, and Phobia I see. Anybody else?

  5. @BCDX97- They were cool to see and that really was about all.
This book has finally reached it’s end for me; I tried to keep an open mind. Jaime is just a boring character and there are parts I can’t even translate that really throws things off for me. The villians seem fun however; the hunting of the scarab and the family looking for Jaime and the fighting with the Mafi lady, right? That is what Jaime’s mom was saying right? I just do not like this Blue Beetle; to imature and just seems to be very simple.
    Good bye Blue Beetle, CANCELLED!

    K

  6. It’s improving, but not nearly enough. I just didn’t want to reread a story that has been told so recently, and better. I miss Booster and the Black Beetle. 🙁

  7. I have really been digging this series, despite it not being as good as the first run with Jaime, it’s a fun read

  8. This book keeps delivering good fun read. I guess since I didn’t read all of the last Blue Beetle run I don’t have as much as attachment to the characters past, but this first story is really coming together nicely. Keep up the good work.

  9. The relaunch is my first time checking out Blue Beetle, and I’m really enjoying it. But the Spanglish is really starting to annoy me. I understand the character is Latino, and the writer wants to give the book some cultural flavor. That’s cool, but he needs to find another way to do it.
