Really looking forward to this. One of Marvel’s sleeper books that no one is talking about. It also happens to be one of its best.
I’m digging the fact that I got “suckered” into picking this up during the DD relaunch and it turned out to be such an excellent, albeit little-known title.
no disrespect to the BLACK panther, but i shan’t be touching anything with the “american panther” in it. Sorry guys.
Do you know much about the America Panther? In the story, Hate Monger “creates” an America Panther to rid the streets of the different races and Black Panther has been battling against him and the Hate Monger the last few issues. It’s been crazy good–not as cheesy as it sounds.

This book has been really good throughout the run. Having Black Panther here in America is very, very exciting. I’m hoping this continues for a long while. Black Panther hasn’t had a significant run since the 1970s.
