BIRDS OF PREY #7

One of Oracle’s fiercest enemies finds her alone and far from her allies and safe houses – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg as Batman returns! Rising star artist Ardian Syaf (BRIGHEST DAY) makes his BIRDS OF PREY debut in a story you must not miss, which we’re calling “The Death of Oracle”!

  1. Pretty consistent series. I LOVED last issue which featured Huntress’ brutal kung fu fight.

  2. agreed! last issue was incredible. amazing character work.

  3. Fantastic cover. Last issue really revitalized my interest in this title. Lookin forward to all this “Death of Oracle” nonsense.

  4. i guess Ed Benes couldn’t handle the pace though eh?  I know that’ll make some people happy, but I was  really liking his work on this so far.

  5. @CAM: I’d kick a puppy to have Benes stay on this title and deliver consistantly. And I love puppies.

  6. I really enjoy Ed Benes’ art too, I never really got the hate that he received.

  7. I think the art took a major turn for the worse since his abrupt departure. The storylines have been okay, but I’m dangerously close to dropping this from my pull list.

  8. I almost dropped this book. Issue #6 was worth the wait, so I’m glad I didn’t. But I’m not sure about this long-term.

  9. Looking forward to where this arc goes.

  10. WOW! Same artist for a whole issue! Whoa!!

Such a good book deserves a GOOD artist to CONSISTENTLY pencil it. In my caps lock added opinion.

  11. So Black Canary and Lady Blackhawk wear their uniforms out in public all the time? Do people not wonder who Helena and Dawn are?
