I love Batwoman. I hope the writing continues to be great. There’s such an edge on her that keeps her separate from the rest of the DCU. I hope that remains.
I wasn’t that crazy about last issue, so I’m ready for this arc to get back on track. It sounds like shit is going down this issue, I wonder if they are creating a completely new hero, or if Flamebird is gonna show up.

A bit too many interruptions in this arc — what with zero issue and last issue’s character piece — which I haven’t read yet.
I don’t think you missed much, last issue was really bad in my opinion.
I’m loving this series. Not quite as great as when Rucka wrote it but not all that far off to be fair.

Dude…Read Batwing sometime….that book is SOOOO all over the map. I love it though.
I have to say this isn’t a title I buy regularly but it was beautifully drawn & every double page would make a fine print for the wall!
This book was stunning. I feel bad for anyone who didn’t pick this book up today, the double page of WW vs. the Hydra was breathtaking

This storyline has had troubles but its always been amazing to look at, and especially this issue. SO MUCH packed into every page. Takes me as long or longer to read this compared to my other books this week, and its all double page spreads.
Me too, I spend most of my time just looking at all the detail in the artwork.
After the boring interlude featuring Det. Maggie Sawyer, Batwoman is back on track with an amazing issue. Everyone and their mother shows on this one, tons of action and character development. Of course Williams’ art is the cherry on top.

I love how because of all of the two page spreads all the ads have to be stuffed in the back.

I agree about the Ads in the back of the book. More artists should just turn their pages into double page spreads, so all ads can get pushed into the back.
Oh, and Awesome issue! JHWIII is a beast. POTW.
