  1.  I have never bought a single Issue of CONFIDENTIAL (I do have the Cat and the Bat & the KingTut tpb and read the Joker origin story) but this looks like it is worth getting.

  2. That Andy Kubert cover seems wasted on a title like Batman Confidential.

  3. confidential is a solid book from month to month… can’t wait for the new arc!

  4. I met the inker yesterday at Jester’s Playhouse in NJ.  He signed my copy.  Seemed like a pretty nice guy.

  5. This was actually pretty damn good. Simple, straightforward narrative, nice enough art. It was nice seeing Batman doing good old fashioned detective work.

  6. I picked this up on a whim, and I am really glad I did. Like bigime22 said- a solid, straight up Batman detective story. You know who should read this book? Morrison. Oh, snap.

  7. Great Issue

  8. I was surprised by this issue because it was great to read the Batman detective story again.  And HailScott’s Morrison comment isn’t that far fetched.
