I’m having trouble putting together words that convey what I liked so much about this issue. Harren’s art was as fantastic as I’ve come to expect. I really enjoyed the prehistoric setting, and Old God-monster threat. I wish there were more issues taking place in this crazy world that agent what’s-his-name has been transported to, but leaving us wanting more is the way to go out I suppose. Maybe we’ll get lucky, and in future issues Arcudi, Mignola, and Harren will return to this storythread.
I agree, Harren & Stewart really transported me there, I loved every page. This would be an awesome art team on Conan…oh wait. 🙂
Whoah. Harren’s art was spectacular. He may be the best at pure action that I’ve seen in a while.
