    The new art is distinctive and Walta has good storytelling chops, but, like Perkins, I just don’t know if it’s suited to action. That’s kind of important in a superhero book.

    The story…well, I really don’t like Warbird, so I’ll leave that up to folks with less character bias.

    I actually thought this was Liu’s single best issue of this series, and this is coming from a serious Liu hater. I gave it 4 out of 5.
