  1. I thought last issue was really strong. I hope that this one continues the momentum.

  2. Astonishing is really coming together for me. The first couple issues faltered and then the wedding issue had some really good character moments that could not be denied. Susan Hatchi is becoming a very intriguing villian, moreso than the Marauders she sent in the first place.

  3. Anyone else not liking Perkins art? I like the darkness/moodiness of the art, but I just don’t like his faces at all.

  4. Despite the artwork, I am enjoying Astonishing now that it is more connected to continuity; I also like the attention Northstar and Dr. Cecilia Reyes are getting; I hope she takes a more active role within the team.
