  1. This book is still coming out?

  2. I really want to drop this but I know that as soon as I do they’ll bring on an amazing team and the book will be good again

  3. I think it IS good right now.

  4. I love Astonishing. Cant wait to read this one. Anyone else catch the Avg Rating as 6? lol

  5. I feel that you would have to have no knowledge or history of these characters and be picking up no other x-books to think this was even slightly good.

  6. @Smutty Why’s that?

  7. @Bendrix
    Because the characters act nothing like themselves, their voices are completely wrong and out of character, and nothing that happens in this book has any bearing at all on continuity

  8. @Smutty  Tell that to Kitty Pryde

  9. @Smutty Can’t really complain about the characters, and continuity is overrated. Astonishing X-Men exists in a weird half-continuity since the beginning, anyway.

  10. @Link1987
    This hasn’t been the same book that whedon was writing for a looooooong time.

    @Bendrix
    Continuity is overrated? What? Continuity is one of the main reasons I follow all the x-books.

  11. @Smutty Okay, then it’s probaly not overrated for you. 😀 In this case, you should probably really skip Astonishing.

  12. @Bendrix
    As soon as I decide to drop it from my pullbox they’ll probably announce a new team of like Alan Moore and Alex Ross or something
