  1. Worth the wait, every time.

  2. @CaseyJustice  I could not agree more.  I love this book.  I will most likely double-dip and buy the trade when it comes out.

  3. @ctrosejr – Same. I love great, short, self-contained stories like this. It’s like the anti-All-Star Superman.

  4. This has been awesome.  I hope to see this creative team on another self-contained project soon.

  5. come on traaaadeeee

  6. I’m so damn happy with this its just exciting!

  7. i was just thinking how this hasnt come out and i look on the list and BAM, best week ever

  8. Pure and absolute fun. Every time.

  9. Always a great book, preview looks like the high quality will continue!

  10. Can’t agree more with all of you. This has been a joy.

  11. Agree with all of the above!! This will make a truly incredible hardcover. Most fun book currently being published?? Perhaps. Definitely a strong candidate. Comparing this book to Scalped proves just how insanely versitile Aaron is too.

  12. “Oh damn. My bad.”

    There’s yer POW right there.

The contest is over. THE most fun book on the market. This is comics for comic’s own sake, people, and it doesn’t get any better.

  13. This issue just sealed the deal on the hardcover for me. This was awesome. The humor, action and ideas are grandly hyperbolic and exciting. 5/5 as well as my pick of the week.

  14. This might end being one of my favorite Spidey and favorite Wolvie story of all time.  I might even like this more than Spider-Man vs Wolverine.  In a week where Invincible, Batman Inc, Hulk, and even the return of Bagley to Ult Spidey, this kicked all of their collective asses at once in the fun department.

It is damn hard for me to remember a comic in recent history that was so much fun.

Also, that might have been the GREATEST recap page ever.  I laughed as soon as I opened the cover.

  15. This book, as my dad likes to say, is a hoot.

  16. Go check the credit boxes. Aside from Jason Aaron, Justin Ponsor is credited as ‘writer’ although I’m pretty sure he’s the colorist. Ahh glaring production errors!

  17. I love, love, love this book.  Perhaps my personal favorite.  Just good comics.

  18. Missed the series in single issues so far but with all these positive reviews and Aaron and Kubert on two characters I love seeing together in stand alone stories,  I will definitely scoop the tpb or HC.
