  1. After the last page of #1, you gotta come back for #2!

  2. This book was sort of overshadowed by Punk Rock Jesus for me this week….but this was my second pick. Loving Lord of Nightmares! I mean…it’s Dracula! and that shit Renfield coughed up was nasty!

  3. I really like what Snyder and Nguyen are doing in this mini. The pages where Felicia and Hobbes are going over the history of Carpathians and Dracula were fantastic. Nguyen’s watercolors worked very well at giving the pages an ancient look and feel. Once again Snyder shows off his skills at incorporating real history with that of his fictional vampire-inhabited world. The next three issues are sure to be lots of fun, and I hope after this we’ll get to see Dustin Nguyen spread his wings more and work on other books outside of the superhero realm.

  4. Snyder knocked this out of the park! This is seriously one of the coolest takes on Dracula I have seen in a very long time. If not for Punk Rock, this would be my pick of the week. Awesome.

  5. I thought Gus was cured of vampirism? How can Dracula reach him?
