AGE OF X UNIVERSE #1 (OF 2)

And there came an Age Of X, an age unlike any other, where there were no X-Men…mutants were hated and feared. In that age, the remaining mutants created a stronghold, a last bastion for their dying race: Fortress X. And in that Age Of X, when humanity vowed to see Fortress X destroyed, a team of heroes and heroines found themselves united against this terrible mutant threat. This is their epoch!

  1. I’m not even reading Age of X but this concept is awesome.

  2. As I am becoming increasingly suspicious that there is no universe outside of the Age of X fortress, I am not completely sure what to expect here. BUt I am a sucker for this stuff…

  3. Goddamn, Simone Bianchi’s covers get worse and worse.

  4. This story has been surprisingly good. Very excited to read this.

  5. Yeah, get those damn muties!!

  6. @ed haha.

As long as i can pretend that that’s not steve, i’ll be alright. Rogers would never be so prejudice as to see past a species right to fight for there freedom and view them simply as a threat. We’ll see Age of X, we’ll see.

  7. Now I’m hoping there’s something we’re not seeing which will come up in issue 2, but what was the point of the Ghost Rider cameo.  Seems like he’s doing more on the cover than he is in the actual book…

  8. “Gaze into the face of “$%&# You.”  Generation X represent.
