LOVE this book.
It is good!
So far so good. I was thinking that it was going to be a cheesy knock off capitalizing on Remenders run on UCXF but let me give Dave Lapham credit. He took this book and made it his own. Didn’t think I would still be reading this but damn me if I don’t look forward to it now.
the only good x-book.
is this De Le Torre’s last issue?
i hope the art maintains that gritty, ugly ambiance that so perfectly suits this title and it’s postapocalyptical theme.
I’m not sure, he’s definitely not doing the next two issues…..so could be his last?!
Who’s drawing #5? The only info I could find said De La Torre, then Renato something on #6?
@jasonhart
davide gianfelice.
@sitara119 Looks like it’s still De La Torre for this issue at least…

Issues #5 & 6 have a fill-in/new artist, Renato Arlem. Can’t find anything beyond that tho. Did you hear/read somewhere that De La Torre is off the book?
no, i haven’t read that he is off the book. at comixology they list gianfelice doing issue 5 and arlem doing issue 6. i haven’t seen anything on issue 7, so basically i was wondering if de la torre was coming back then or if i was shit outa luck. i really like de la torre work on this series. it’s befitting.
I’m right there with ya, buddy.
Yup, I’m also loving this!
What part of ‘one of the most awesome books around’ are people not understanding?
Every time I read this I think “wow this is awesome,” then I put it down and completely forget about it. Even though there is quality here, it’s just not resonating with me. Probably going to be dropped after this issue.
Just picked up issues 1 through 4 and I gotta say I’m really impressed. Was NOT expecting to be so into this book! Not sure why it was off my radar since I’ve really been enjoying Uncanny X-Force, but this blew my expectations right out of the water. Sad to hear the art is about to change up, but hopefully it will stay gritty.
solid.
